A Clean Shaven Man is Popeye's 30th cartoon from Fleischer Studios, released on February 7, 1936. The Sammy Timberg song “I Want A Clean Shaven Man” was the title and plot basis for this classic Popeye animated short. The funny and original title song is performed by Mae Questel as Olive Oyl. The cartoon was later remade for a 1951 installment in the later Famous Studios Popeye series.
